PhotoNeat accepts JPEG images and outputs completed JPEG pages. It organizes the images on each page, in row and column format controlled by the user. The user can specify page border or boundary spacing, inter-image spacing, and page orientation. Shadows are optional, Page backgrounds are optional, "PROOF" watermark or user-defined embossed watermarks are available. Page numbering and location of optional printing gutters are optional.

This system allows fast browsing, as well as the ability to optionally publish high-quality photos. This system uses a web-browser to do the browsing. Just about everybody has a browser and is familiar with it. A natural if the library is published on the Internet. But even if you want to burn your library on a CD, a browser can "browse" a CD very nicely.
